1. What we collect

When you request the free masterclass, we collect your name and email address. When you purchase a product, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment details and shares your email address and order details with us so we can deliver your purchase. We never see or store your card number.

2. How we use your information

• To send you the masterclass video link and related follow-up emails.
• To email your one-time access code and let you re-access past purchases.
• To process payments and provide customer support.
• To keep basic records required for accounting and fraud prevention.

3. Cookies & sessions

We use a single, secure, essential cookie to keep you signed in to the "My Purchases" page after you verify a one-time code. Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers until you check out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Third parties we work with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional emails (access codes, receipts).
• Mux — hosting and securely streaming the masterclass video.
• Vercel — website hosting and secure file storage for purchased downloads.
• Neon — our database provider.

Each of these providers only receives the data necessary to perform its function.

5. Data retention

We keep order and lead records for as long as needed to provide access to your purchases, meet accounting obligations, and improve our content. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us, subject to what we're legally required to retain.

6. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Transactional emails (like access codes and receipts) are necessary to deliver purchases you've made.
