1. Who we are
MO Real Estate ("we," "us") provides educational content, guides, and digital resources for people starting or building a career in real estate. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Digital products & all sales final
All products sold on this site are digital downloads (PDF guides, templates, and related resources) delivered electronically. Because digital goods can be accessed immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Access & delivery
After a successful purchase, we email a one-time access code to the email address used at checkout. You can use that email at any time on the "My Purchases" page to request a fresh code and re-download items you've already purchased. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for keeping any access codes confidential.
4. License & no redistribution
When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own education and business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish our PDFs or their contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
5. No earnings or results guarantee
Our content is educational and reflects personal experience and opinion. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales, client volume, or career outcome from using our materials or watching the free masterclass. Real estate results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, licensing requirements, effort, and local regulations.
6. Not legal, financial, or licensing advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or real estate licensing advice. Requirements to become or work as a real estate agent vary by state and country — always confirm current requirements with your local regulatory body.
7. Free masterclass
The masterclass video is provided free of charge in exchange for your name and email address, which we use as described in our Privacy Policy.
